For over 30 years our team has been in the field acquiring the requisite knowledge and expertise in international engineering, procurement, construction, leadership consulting, capacity building, and post-conflict institution rebuilding. We have served and been a part of both the private and public sectors.

Kathye A. Segala, STS, PMP, LEED AP, EIT

Ms. Segala is the Founder and CEO of KP Intercon, LLC, an independent consulting firm serving the engineering, procurement, and construction industry. Ms. Segala also lead the creation of the KPI.Build™mobile applications to enhance construction efficiency in capital project execution.

With over 35 years of experience, Ms. Segala is an industry leader in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Operations for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of Projects in the Energy, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure and Commercial Buildings Industries. Private and Public Sector experience includes multiple International assignments in The Netherlands, Thailand, Iraq and the UAE. Ms. Segala has also held portfolio responsibility for projects in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, China and Southeast Asia.

For the past 20 years Ms. Segala has led several large and complex multi-cultural/multi-geographic operations and project teams. Her specific expertise includes Program/Project Management, Organizational Restructuring and Cultural Transformation, Planning and Scheduling, and Systems Development and Design.

Ms. Segala has served in leadership positions with Foster Wheeler, URS, Exterran Holdings, Jacobs Engineering Group, Hill International, Fluor, Monsanto Enviro-Chem, and J. A. Jones Construction Company. Ms. Segala also served with the U. S. Department of the Army in Iraq as the Director of Reconstruction. She was recognized with the Bronze De Fleury Medal and an Outstanding Civilian Service Award.

Ms. Segala received a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Technical Institute, a division of Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
